The team of DDC is a dynamic group of highly educated professionals. All team members have work experience and training in their areas of expertise such as education management, international collaboration, financial management, business management, and communications and media. Through the dedicated work of Liu Dongcai, founder of DDC, together with other team members, DDC has developed work ethics of “humanism, inclusive, responsive and excellence” which are highly recognized by students, parents and partners.

Dongcai Liu, Founder

Mrs.Liu holds an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a master degree from Harbin Institute of Technology. She is a current student of the EMBA program at Beijing Univeristy. She used to work at the China International Capital Corporation (CICC), and the Department of Strategy and Risk at the China Private Equity (CPE) Funds Mangement Company.

Xiaoping Qiu, President of Education

Mr.Qiu holds a Master of Business Administration from Berlin Institution of Economics (Fachhochschule fur Wirtschaft Berlin) in Germany. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Sheffield in the U.K.. Mr.Qiu used to work in positions as the Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs at Bejing Municipal Government, the Deputy Director of National Exit-Entry Administration, the Deputy Director and thereafter Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, the Director of International Cooperation and Communication Department at Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Beijing Techonology and Business University.

Ming Zhang, Director of Teaching

Mr.Zhang graduates from University of Liverpool and has been in charge of International Education in the government for over ten years. He has visited over 20 countries and regions in the world such as America, Canada, Britain and Australia and was inspired by their advanced international education experience. He is specialized in superior interntional education resources, especially in language and academic performance tests, STEM, humanities and international schools.

Lilia, Director of Marketing

Mrs.Lilia graduates from Harbin Normal University and used to work at the Bank of China. She joined DDC team in 2014.

Junling Wang, Director of Finance

Mrs.Wang graduates from Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and used to work at Shanxi Guang Yuan Technology Company. She joined DDC in 2013.
